Mountain Motel Room and Cottage Policies

Rates are for the room/cabin only and do not include occupancy tax and state sales tax. Reservations made at least one month in advance and that are secured by a credit card will be honored first. Prices are per night, and are subject to change

DEPOSITS: A deposit is HIGHLY encouraged during our busy Summer season, May through August.

CANCELLATION POLICY – Reservations cancelled 1 week prior to check-in will be refunded 50%. Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in date will be charged the full amount.

Every effort will be made to give you a specific room based upon availability. Put your request in the message at the bottom of the form. If need be call me at 719-530-1300 for assistance with that.

If cancellation is an emergency or otherwise unavoidable, call me and let me know that. I understand that sometimes things happen in life that none of us can help. This is done on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.

“Quirky and cute”

This was a last-minute stop as we didn't want to venture Monarch Pass in the dark and snow. At the end of a strip of chain motels and gas stations, the Mountain Motel is a gem. Irene, the proprietor, is friendly, chatty, accommodating and incredibly helpful. She is in the process of remodeling the rooms to offer charm and and a quirky Western aesthetic as well as comfort and convenience. This little motel is well on its way to becoming a boutique find.
