Mountain Motel Room and Cottage Policies

Rates are for the room/cabin only and do not include occupancy tax and state sales tax. Reservations made at least one month in advance and that are secured by a credit card will be honored first. Prices are per night, and are subject to change

DEPOSITS: A deposit is HIGHLY encouraged during our busy Summer season, May through August.

CANCELLATION POLICY – Reservations cancelled 1 week prior to check-in will be refunded 50%. Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in date will be charged the full amount.

Every effort will be made to give you a specific room based upon availability. Put your request in the message at the bottom of the form. If need be call me at 719-530-1300 for assistance with that.

If cancellation is an emergency or otherwise unavoidable, call me and let me know that. I understand that sometimes things happen in life that none of us can help. This is done on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.

PETS: $5 per pet.

Every couple of years my buddy and I meet up to go motorcycle riding for a couple of weeks, as we went through Salida the fresh, clean, look of your motel caught my eye. I prefer to stay in locally owned, not chain hotels. The attention to details on the exterior told me the the place belonged to an attentive on site owner. The staff and the unique interiors lived up to the outside promise. The linens were not the standard prison white, the coffee set up was great, as was the room interior. I really enjoyed the patio in the morning. Motorcycle riders and rodders, the owner is a gearhead who enjoys talking about it, bonus!.
